1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or subscribing to any membership tier offered by Maple & Ink Book Club Inc. ("Maple & Ink"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. All transactions are governed by the laws of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

2. Subscription Plans & Recurring Billing

Maple & Ink memberships operate on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or annual as chosen during checkout). Prices are displayed and billed in Canadian Dollars ($CAD). By subscribing, you authorize automatic recurring charges to your payment method until you cancel.

3. 14-Day Free Trial Terms

New Canadian members are eligible for a 14-day risk-free trial. If you cancel prior to the end of your 14-day trial period, your payment method will not be charged for subsequent monthly billing cycles.

4. Easy Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time with no cancellation fees or penalties. Cancellations can be performed instantly inside your online account portal, or by emailing [email protected] at least 24 hours prior to your next renewal date.

5. Shipping & Deliveries across Canada

Monthly boxes are dispatched on the 1st of each month via Canada Post. Tracking numbers will be provided via email. Risk of loss passes to the member upon delivery confirmation by Canada Post.
